Robyn L Scott is the Founder & CEO of The Larapyn Group. For over two decades, she has blended her expertise as a character actor with her background in psychology to create and deliver innovative methods in experiential learning. She has traveled internationally as a program designer, session facilitator, executive presence coach, and keynote speaker. Her passion for this work was recognized by Fast Company Magazine when they named Robyn one of 2016’s Most Creative People in Business.

Shannon and Hillary are fellow graphic designers and longtime collaborators. On their own, they specialize in all things print and digital for global corporations, local businesses, start-ups, and non-profits. But they do some of their best work together.

The Larapyn Group is based in Chicago where the roots of our extended family run wide and deep. Our founder works amongst a distinguished pool of writers, musicians, and comedians who are highly skilled in experiential learning.
We contract with The Acting Studio of Chicago for Private Coaching space and we partner with The Annoyance Theatre and Laugh Out Loud Theater for Group Sessions.
We bring our programs to you!
While our core group is based in Chicago, we travel internationally to deliver any of our live events at your office or retreat venue.
